How will your package be shipped?
TeqClub ships orders via PostNL/UPS/DPD/DHL. As soon as your order is shipped or ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the track n trace code. This allows you to track your PostNL shipment.
When are packages delivered?
Orders from TeqClub are delivered to your home from Monday to Friday on weekdays. TeqClub promises a delivery time of 1 – 2 working days from the time of ordering. TeqClub will always try to deliver your order the next day.
For all orders via PostNL delivery is made between 15:00 and 21:00. You will find more information in your track n trace.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders (over 50,-) are shipped free of charge from the TeqClub department store. You do not pay shipping costs for the shipment of your product. For orders under 50 euros, a small shipping amount will be added.
For returns without problems to the product, we ask our customers to pay the shipping costs themselves. We help you get started with an automatic shipping label so that you are ready to return your order in just a few clicks. Your package will be returned with a shipping label from PostNL. The rates for returning your package can be found on the PostNL website.
If you have a problem with your product such as a repair or you want to return the product because it is not complete, you will receive a shipping label from us for the shipment of your product.
Where can I enter my Tracking link?
To track your order, you will receive a Tracking link after your payment in your email. It is possible that our mail will arrive a little later. We will always try to send you your link within a day.
Didn't you receive a Tracking link in your email?
Always check your spam folder of the mail service you are using. It is possible that our mail is blocked by a filter. If you have not received an email within a day and there is nothing in your spam folder, please contact Our customer service.
Pick up
How do you choose to pick up your order?
You can indicate during the ordering process how you want to receive your order. We give you the option to receive it at home or pick it up at our location or a service point of your choice.
Where do I pick up my package?
If you would like to pick up your order at a physical location, please contact us for a pick-up appointment. The collection of your order is done from our location in Amsterdam.
