HyperSteam Technology for Stubborn Dirt
The HyperSteam system heats water to generate steam at temperatures up to 160°C inside the heating system. The steam outlet temperature may differ. This high-temperature cleaning technology helps loosen stubborn grease and dried-on residues on suitable hard floors.
The appliance combines steam cleaning with suction to collect loosened dirt and moisture. Select Steam mode for suitable intensive cleaning tasks. Always check your flooring manufacturer's guidance before applying steam, especially on wood, laminate, or heat-sensitive surfaces.
- Helps loosen dried spills and stubborn household stains.
- Supports intensive cleaning of compatible sealed hard floors.
- Combines steam cleaning and suction in one cleaning pass.
- Provides a dedicated Steam mode for suitable demanding cleaning tasks.
Powerful Suction and Wet Floor Washing
The FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Steam Pro combines vacuuming and wet floor washing to remove everyday dirt in a single pass. Its motorized roller collects debris while washing the floor. Suction then helps collect loosened dirt and dirty water, reducing the need for separate vacuuming and mopping.
With up to 23,000 Pa of suction power, the appliance is designed to handle routine debris and challenging floor messes. Its separate water tanks keep clean water apart from collected wastewater. The European product listing specifies approximately 0.88 liters for the clean-water tank and 0.8 liters for the dirty-water tank.
The iLoop sensor detects dirt and adjusts cleaning performance to suit changing conditions. The StreakFree scraper helps remove residual water from the roller. These features support a more consistent finish on compatible hard floors.
Flexible Design and Edge Cleaning
The 180° lay-flat design allows the floor washer to recline beneath suitable low furniture. Its low profile reaches spaces approximately 12.85 centimeters high, depending on clearance and positioning. This helps clean beneath beds, sofas, and cabinets that are difficult to reach with upright appliances.
Triple-sided edge cleaning helps the roller reach close to walls, baseboards, and corners. SmoothDrive technology supports movement around furniture and tight spaces. Its 360° assisted movement helps make forward, backward, and turning motions more manageable.
The appliance weighs approximately 6.1 kilograms. Its upright dimensions and full-flat configuration may differ, so allow adequate storage space around the charging dock. The LCD display provides clear operating feedback during cleaning.
Battery Life and Charging
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery supports extended cordless cleaning. The official specifications list up to 90 minutes in Quiet mode and up to 75 minutes in Auto mode when fully reclined. Steam mode provides approximately 30 minutes of runtime.
Actual runtime varies with cleaning mode, floor conditions, and usage habits. The listed charging time is approximately 3.5 hours using the specified fast-charging setup. Return the appliance to its charging dock after use and follow the supplied instructions for battery care.
FlashDry Self-Cleaning and Quiet Drying
The FlashDry self-cleaning system helps reduce manual brush maintenance after wet floor cleaning. It uses hot water to clean the roller, followed by heated air at approximately 85°C. The fast-drying cycle takes about five minutes under specified conditions.
The quieter drying mode offers a longer drying cycle for situations where reduced noise is preferred. The roller can rotate in both directions during the cleaning and drying process. This helps maintain the brush and prepares the appliance for its next use.
- Run the self-cleaning cycle after wet floor washing.
- Empty and rinse the dirty-water tank after each session.
- Inspect the roller and remove remaining debris when needed.
- Clean or replace the filter according to the user manual.
- Allow removable components to dry as instructed before reinstalling them.
Display, Controls, and Ease of Use
The LCD display provides information about the cleaning mode and operating status. Handle controls let you select the appropriate mode for different tasks. Voice guidance and connected features may depend on the regional model and software configuration.
The appliance offers four main cleaning modes: Auto, Max, Steam, and Suction. Auto mode adjusts cleaning performance according to detected dirt. Max mode supports more intensive wet cleaning, while Steam mode targets stubborn messes on suitable surfaces. Suction mode focuses on collecting liquid and moisture as instructed by the manufacturer.
ReverseScrub offers one-touch brush reversal to help address difficult stains. The iLoop sensor reduces the need for constant manual adjustments during everyday cleaning.
