Placing an Order

Placing an order is straightforward. Find the desired product on our website and on the product page, click the shopping cart icon to add it to your cart. You can then complete your order through the shopping cart.

Returns

You can register a return within 30 days of purchasing your product. After registering your return, you have a maximum of 2 weeks to send the product back to TeqClub.

To receive a full refund of your purchase amount, it is essential that the product is returned in its original condition and undamaged. You are, of course, welcome to try out the product within reasonable limits.

Return costs are covered by us. We will send you a shipping label that you can use to return the product free of charge.

Exceptions to Returns

Some products and services are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

Product categories that cannot be returned:

  • Digital activation codes (e.g., DJI Care Refresh code)
  • Vouchers and gift cards
  • Hygienic products
  • Customer-specific customisations

Services for which no refund can be given:

  • Independent repair costs
  • Shipping costs outside of TeqClub
  • Fuel costs
